This summer, Sturgeon County contractors will be working on the drainage channel located in the County owned right-of-way in the neighbourhood. This work includes clearing the channel of vegetation, and re-grading and reinforcing the banks to improve drainage and prevent erosion of the channel.

During construction, residents can expect some noise and dust as a result of the work. As well, crews will be removing some trees and brush from the channel to improve the flow of water.

Please use caution when driving through the area, as construction vehicles will be parked along Estate Way to allow crews and equipment access to the site.
