Enjoy the Skating Trail, but please do so safely

  • Skate at your own risk; the Sturgeon County Skating Trail is not supervised.
  • Use caution when navigating the trail; it is a natural ice surface and will have bumps and divots.
  • CSA-approved helmets and protective equipment are highly recommended.
  • Children under 12-years old should be supervised by an adult.
  • Bring your own skates and dress for the weather – gloves and toques are always a good idea!
  • Note: please refer to the Government of Alberta website regarding any public health measures that may be in effect.
