Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and to protect the health and safety of the public, Public Hearings are being held via teleconference and livestreamed during the Regular Council meeting. Please see the hearing notice for more information.

All interested parties are encouraged to express their views by providing a written submission to Legislative Services by email at Written submissions will be accepted up to the close of the Public Hearing.

In order to speak at the Public Hearing, you must register to speak 24 hours prior to the Public Hearing. Please contact Legislative Services by email or at 780-939-8279 or 780-939-8277 to register. Speakers will be given a 5-minute time limit.

Public Hearing Notices are advertised locally in the Morinville Free Press and Redwater Review for two consecutive weeks immediately prior to the Public Hearing.

Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act: The personal information or the comments you provide in response to a Public Hearing notice, either orally or in writing, may be recorded in the minutes of a meeting, or otherwise made public, subject to the provisions of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
