About the Project

The work in Pine Sands includes:

  • Earthworks and grading within the right-of-way
  • Paving of Pine Drive and 6 cul-de-sacs in the subdivision
  • Paving driveway access to the property line
  • New signs
  • Paved pull out for mailbox access

What to expect during construction:

Construction will typically be underway between the hours of 7 a.m. and 8 p.m., Monday through Sunday.

During construction, there will be an alternating single-lane of traffic, temporary traffic pauses using flag personnel, and other minor travel delays. Residents will be notified in advance of any road closures or if construction may block access to your property.

Information Session

An information session about this project was held on Wednesday, June 30, 2021. You can watch a recording of the presentation here.

The project was designed by WSP Engineering, to meets or exceed current standards. The current roadways are a mixture of paved and gravel surfaces with varying roadway widths, gravel thickness and ditch types.
