Annual Assessment Inspections

In accordance with the Municipal Government Act Part 9, Division 1 and Sec 294 (1), notice is hereby given that Sturgeon County Assessment Services will be conducting annual assessment inspections at various properties regarding new construction, progressive construction, sold property, and development permit applications.

These onsite inspections will begin September 1, 2022, on weekdays between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. They will continue until year end.

All inspecting assessors will be driving marked Sturgeon County vehicles and will carry current Sturgeon County identification.
