CEIP is a flexible way to pay for energy efficiency and renewable energy projects. Take advantage of a below-market interest rate and convenient repayment through your property taxes.
Applications for the Clean Energy Improvement Program are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Some eligible commercial upgrades include:
- heating, ventilation and air conditioning
- renewable energy, solar PV and thermal
- lighting
- water heating
- doors, windows, insulation and air sealing
- commercial kitchen
- motors and drives
