Drop fibre (connects the access fiber to the premise)
- All drops are completed besides the ones requiring pipeline agreements.
- Pembina and ATCO have returned their crossing agreements. Locates are being called in for those areas now, construction is expected to resume in those locations in about 2 weeks.
ONT installation (the last step before service is available to a premise)
- Once your drop installation is complete, you are ready to contact Canadian Fibre Optics Corporation to have your Optical Network Terminal (ONT) installed and activated, 1-888-236-2947
Remediation work is ongoing in areas where it has been identified as required.
