Drop fibre (connects the access fiber to the premise)
- All drops are completed besides the ones requiring pipeline agreements.
- All crossing agreements have been returned, locates are in progress. Crews will be working in these areas to complete drops over the next week.
ONT installation (the last step before service is available to a premise)
- Once your drop installation is complete, you are ready to contact Canadian Fibre Optics Corporation to have your Optical Network Terminal (ONT) installed and activated, 1-888-236-2947
Remediation work is ongoing in areas where it has been identified as required.
