On June 21, 2023, Sturgeon County met with residents at the Waugh Polish Recreational Society Hall to hear their thoughts on a new multi-sports court for the neighbourhood.

The feedback gathered helped create a park concept plan that includes the location and features most residents chose. You can read a summary of what we heard during that meeting in a report at www.SturgeonCounty.ca/BraunVillage2023.

Now that the concept plan is ready, we can share more details with you, including the steps and timeline for development, what the site might look like in the future, and where different features will be located. The first phase of building the multi-sports court will start this Fall. There is no timeline for phase 2 of the park.

You are invited to review the concept plan and bring your questions on the features and timeline.
