Heather Thomson is on a mission to re-energize communities. She pursues this mission in two roles, as Executive Director of the University of Alberta’s School of Retailing and as a consultant with 13 Ways Inc.
She will be chatting about how the way people consume goods and services has changed, and the importance of creating an amazing customer experience. She’ll discuss the importance of knowing your target market and doing everything you can to support them to support your business. And she’ll share stories that will inspire you to embrace the future of business!
