MNA Registry Session

November 8 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

o

The purpose of these events is to help with the MNA citizenship application process, commission application documents, take photos for the application process, and to answer any questions people may have. Becoming a citizen of the Métis Nation of Alberta is an important part of preserving our culture and history. Self-identified Métis people who do not have citizenship cards can come to the event and start the application process. There has never been a better time to register and become a Métis citizen.

What you need:

  • Family tree dating back to mid 1800s
  • Birth documents with biological parentage
  • Valid government ID and proof of Alberta residency

This is a drop-in program, no registration is required.
