The Agriculture Master Plan (AMP), is a strategic roadmap to guide agriculture-related initiatives for the next 10 years.

We are proposing changes to our resource extraction rules that consider industry input balanced with protecting residents’ interests.

Attend a Sturgeon County Council Meeting

Sturgeon County Council encourages the participation of residents. This promotes dialogue and understanding between the government and residents. Everyone is welcome to attend Sturgeon County Council meetings, held on the second and fourth Tuesday of every month, at 9 a.m. in Council Chambers. If you’d like to request to speak on a specific item on a Council Meeting agenda, please contact Legislative Services.
