Feeling sad, scared, and anxious during stressful times is normal. At times, our feelings can be overwhelming and we need to reach out for support. Whether we talk a friend, co-worker, or a professional, it’s important to build connections and know that it’s okay to feel how we feel.

Remember, while it’s okay to not be okay, there is help available in Sturgeon County and there are many people, just like you, who have gone through difficult times and who care.

Supportive counselling, preventative resources and referral services.

Living Well Counselling Service is available at no-cost for Sturgeon County residents in our office, over the phone or in the community. We are here to help residents of all ages find their own ways to create more happiness in their lives.
