North Benjamin Road – turnaround construction

The Project

Local residents and the Sturgeon Public School Division have requested an area for vehicles to turn around in at the north end of Benjamin Road. The County has completed the initial design for a turnaround large enough to accommodate school buses and Sturgeon County maintenance vehicles.

Project Scope

Brushing and tree clearing will be done over several days within the designated construction area, with work scheduled from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. Once the brushing is done, construction will begin.

What This Means to You

Early estimates have construction starting early to mid-summer 2024.
