Project Description
The Project
A Sturgeon County contractor will be working on drainage improvements along Villa Drive. You may see survey crews on-site before construction begins. Once surveying is done, the contractor will move their equipment to the worksite shortly before the work starts, and they will be in the area for about 4-8 days.
Project Scope
This work includes roadside ditching and culvert replacements.
What This Means to You
Residents will experience temporary road closures and brief delays when traffic is reduced to a single lane. Notification will be provided 48 hours in advance for the temporary road closure of Fernwood Crescent at Villa Drive. Residents of Fernwood Crescent will be temporarily detoured to the Bellerose Drive entrance during construction.

The project is 90 per cent done. Contractors have finished replacing the culverts and will be back to finish the landscaping.
No additional road closures are required.
