Project Highlights
Rehabilitation of the existing paved road network in Glory Hills and Rol-Anna Park.
The project includes:
Glory Hills Subdivision
- 8 kilometres of road rehabilitation within the subdivision
- The replacement of centreline culverts
- Minor ditch repairs
Rol-Anna Park
- 8 kilometres of road rehabilitation within the subdivision
- The replacement of centreline culverts
- Minor ditch repairs
Construction is scheduled to start in early June and be done by the end of September
What to expect
Construction zone will be limited to one lane, with flaggers on site. In the evenings, the road will be opened back up to two-way traffic.
Work sequence:
- Pulverize and widen existing surface
- Replace centre line culverts
- Place granular base course (GBC)
- Spraying GBC with oil tack coat
- Paving surface with hot mix asphalt
- General site cleanup
- Approaches will be paved up to the property line

The paving is now done. Landscaping and site-cleanup are scheduled for 2023.

The paving is complete, and site cleanup is underway.

It is expected that the Glory Hills pavement will be done in the first week of October.

September 6, 2022
Glory Hills has 1.5 km of the total 2.3 km paved. Clean up is ongoing. Construction on Rol-Anna is underway and includes .8 km of rehabilitation. The majority of the work is expected to be done by mid-September, with the remaining work done by the end of September.
