Sturgeon County property assessors are out doing property reviews and progress inspections to complete the annual reassessment.
Property Reinspection Notices were mailed on March 11, 2024.
Inside your reinspection notice, you will find a survey with a personalized code and property roll number to take the digital property survey.
Log-in to the Property Survey Form to answer questions about your property, confirm assessment data, and inform us of any changes or improvements made in the past year.

During regular business hours, you may see Sturgeon County Assessors out taking photographs of the exterior of buildings and properties. Assessors will wear appropriate Sturgeon County identification and drive Sturgeon County trucks while conducting their assessments.
