Sturgeon County Council requests public input on proposed Bylaw 1674/25.
This bylaw proposes to close a portion of Road Plan 1408CL that is within the SW-7-56-22-W4. The Sturgeon River has migrated into the road allowance, and the existing road as constructed encroaches across private land.
This portion of the road effectively serves as a private driveway to the residential parcel on the SE-12-56-23-W4.
