Work Life Balance
We know life is an adventure! Sturgeon County is proud to offer several ways to support employee work life balance. This can be seen through our Earned Day Off program, flextime, paid family responsibility days, and annual vacation starting at 3 weeks.
Our employee-led and funded Social Club creates a strong working relationship by providing fun social activities for team members. We’ve held virtual events like paint night and even a beer tasting.
