As part of the subdivision approval for River’s Gate Stage 1C subdivision, the developer (Cantiro) is required to provide water looping. The project is designed to help build reliability/redundancy in the water network, increase water quality by minimizing water stagnation, and allow for more consistent water pressure.
The watermain is being installed from the Rivers Gate Lift Station (located at the southeast end) to the northeast end of Rivers Gate – adjacent to Manor Estates. This work has started and will continue until the end of October (weather dependent).
