Sturgeon County hereby gives notice that a submission has been added to the Navigable Waters Registry pursuant to the Canadian Navigable Waters Act for the public comment described herein and its site and plans.
Pursuant to paragraph 10(1)(b) of the said Act, Sturgeon County has deposited with the Minister of Transport, on the on-line Common Project Search Registry (http://cps.canada.ca/) and under registry number 13415, a description of the following work, its site and plans:
Proposed pedestrian single-span bridge with bank armouring, over the Sturgeon River on the west side of Starkey Road, near the community of Bristol Oakes in Sturgeon County. The bridge will be built on river lot 60, and span approximately:
from 53.68453354693282°N, 113.57123328125776°W,
to 53.68447117697513°N, 113.57107463558906°W,
