Dark Fibre for Businesses

For large businesses that need a high-capacity way to connect multiple locations together or need a dedicated high-speed connection to the internet, Sturgeon County has a dark fibre lease program.

This program allows businesses to purchase a dedicated fibre line. The business would be responsible for supplying their own optoelectronics and network support. This service is only available in the southwest area of the County where fibre is already in place. The County can work with you to extend the fibre to your location, if needed.
