Sturgeon County Council requests public input on proposed Bylaw 1646/23.
The property owner would like to bring the existing outdoor recreational uses on the lands into compliance and develop a recreational plan for their land as a whole at 302 57000 Highway 44.
The land was recently rezoned to REC – Recreational District and the intent is to consolidate all the land into one lot which requires the formal closure of the existing road right-of-way.
A bylaw is needed to formally close the existing road right-of-way.
