Sturgeon County has been working hard to build the diversity of our trees and shrubs through incorporating native and hardy plant speicies. There are many benefits to this landscaping strategy: aesthetically, economically, and environmentally.
To help you get started, Sturgeon County is hosting a free workshop on Thursday, January 25 from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. at the Morinville Rendez-Vous Centre. Industry experts will lead a discussion on planting, establishing, and maintaining a healthy shelterbelt.
Sign up for the workshop with guest speaker, Toso Bozic through Eventbrite.
