Some Sturgeon County Councillors and staff recently had the chance to get behind the wheel of a snowplow – well, sort of.
Ledcor hosted a snowplow training session in Sturgeon County with their snowplow simulator. The training tool gives operators a chance to experience the risks and hazards they’ll encounter on the roads. The feel and operation of the “snowplow” is based on data collected in the field to make sure the experience is realistic.
