Location: Discovery Ave – the West Access into Cardiff Echoes Subdivision South off Cardiff Rd/Twp Rd 554
Description: Transportation & Engineering Services Contractor will be replacing the centerline culvert at the Discovery Ave Access into Cardiff Echoes subdivision south off of Cardiff Rd/Twp Rd 554. Mobilization is expected to take place on September 8 or 9, 2025 with construction to begin on September 10, 2025, and expected to be completed on September 19, 2025, weather permitting.
- There will be no access to Cardiff Echoes off of Cardiff Rd/Twp Rd 554 via Discovery Ave (west entrance) during this time (24/7)
- All access to Cardiff Echoes will be via Mill Rd – the east entrance to the subdivision.
- Prepare for traffic delays
- Traffic accommodation will be in place
- Obey all signage in the area
Detour:Â Â All residents in Cardiff Echoes subdivision must enter and exit from the east entrance on Mill Road from Cardiff Rd/Twp Rd 554
