Sturgeon County is inviting residents to help make a real difference, shaping our community by serving on a board or committee. This is a great opportunity to network, learn about local government, gain experience for your resume and offer your opinion on community matters. No previous experience serving on a board is needed to serve on a Council board or committee. Members are paid for their time and will receive training.
Community members are encouraged to submit their application(s) for a position on one of the following:
- Agricultural Service BoardÂ
- Assessment Review BoardÂ
- Community Services Advisory Board (Division 3)Â
- Economic Development Advisory BoardÂ
- River Valley Alliance Community Engagement CommitteeÂ
- Sand & Gravel Advisory CommitteeÂ
- Subdivision and Development Appeal BoardÂ
- Transportation Advisory CommitteeÂ
- Youth Advisory CommitteeÂ
