COMPASS for the Caregiver
COMPASS for the Caregiver is an interactive, supportive workshop series created by Caregivers Alberta to help caregivers balance the demands of caring for someone they love with caring for themselves.
Over the course of four sessions, participants will learn practical tools to reduce stress, prevent burnout, and strengthen resilience. Topics include navigating difficult emotions, setting healthy boundaries, improving communication, and building a strong support system.
Through guided discussions and shared experiences, caregivers gain not only knowledge but also a community of understanding and encouragement.
This program is designed to help caregivers feel less alone, more confident, and better equipped to continue their important role with compassion—for others and for themselves.
This is an in-person event, Dates include October 8, 15, 22 & 29
