2025 to 2028 Corporate Business Plan
Our 2025 – 2028 Corporate Business Plan is a key strategic document which identifies specific County initiatives that illustrate how the organization will achieve Council’s direction identified in the 2022-2025 Strategic Plan. The CBP considers the organization’s five Community Outcomes and 10 Strategic Priorities to ensure activities are taking place each year to move those goals and priorities forward.
